The Suite
Featuring a modern Scandinavian design, our home is laid out spaciously on three levels for families or friends to spread out, or enjoy cozying up together in the lounging spaces indoors or outdoors. On the main floor, Guests will find a fully-equipped kitchen and a breakfast nook looking out to the Bay; a large open concept space combining the dining and living room, and a large walk-out patio deck with sweeping ocean views; and lastly, a spa-inspired bathroom with an oversized shower. The entire upper floor is an open, luxurious loft with a sleeping area, dedicated workspace, intimate lounging area, and a small outdoor deck for more gorgeous Bay views. Perfectly designed with families in mind, there is a King-sized bed, two (2) Twin-sized beds, and a sofa bed futon-style.
A private master bedroom with a King-sized bed awaits on the lower floor of the home, with a full ensuite with a bathtub. Guests can enjoy some quality time together discovering the many options on the multi games table, or simply hanging out in the lounging space or backyard. The property has a well-maintained 180-step staircase for direct access down to the ocean, so pack in a good workout!

Details
Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. Please be outdoor safety aware as you venture out to the backyard and descent on our private staircase to the beach below. Wildlife including bears and deer often visit our backyard for the berries bushes! Please do not leave other attractants such as garbage and food outside. Help us keep our wildlife healthy and safe!
Guests must agree to your house rules before they book.
The home is all on one level, with the exception of several steps at the entrance.
We do not allow pets, smoking or parties on our properties.

Quiet Hours:
Our property is located in a residential area. Please respect neighbours and note the quiet time between 10 PM – 7 AM.
Please follow the Garbage/Recycling policies while you stay with us. This is so we can prevent bears and raccoons from accessing them.
Guests are also advised to stay inside the house before the quiet hours to avoid encounters with bears and raccoons.
Open Air Burning
Other than controlled campfires, open air burning is prohibited by the District of Sechelt.
Campfires
As long as a campfire ban is not in effect in Sechelt or the Coastal Fire Centre area, a campfire is allowed within the District and is defined as a fire:
- That burns clean
- Uses only dry wood only
- Does not exceed one metre in diameter and one metre in height
- Is contained within a fire pit or approved incinerator
- Does not creates a smoke or spark nuisance to neighbouring properties
- Does not contravene any Federal, Provincial or Fire Department regulations respecting open air burning
- Must be clear of overhanging foliage, have access to a water hose and be tended by someone 18 years of age or older.
